My new go-to recipe: spicy caramelized onion pasta. It’s a quick, completely satisfying dish that can be made on a busy weeknight when you just need a bit of comfort. I absolutely love this pasta. So simple, full of sweet onion flavor and lots of peppery spice.

Easy Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies
If there’s one thing you need to be baking, it’s these easy double chocolate fudge brownies. Oh my goodness I can’t say enough good things about them – beyond simple to make (think mix, pour, bake, done), extra rich and chocolatey, with a fudge-like dense texture that is too good to resist. Plus, there’s chocolate chips folded into the batter which gives the brownies little pockets of melted, gooey chocolate. They are heavenly.
